After spending the day in Nara we returned to Osaka to meet people for my hastily prepared birthday party. The plan was to go to a place called Asian Days for all you can eat shabu-shabu. It's a hotpot style meal where you add the ingredients.
The food was great and the company was excellent. I was glad to see everyone. I even got a few presents to take with me!
I was so full it hurt. For those living in Osaka I would recommend Asian Days near BIC Camera, above Wendys.
Over the course of my sister's visit we had hit karaoke so many times I figured why not one more time? So we headed back to Kitatatsumi and went into the Ubou for "free time" karaoke. Later on in the evening Steve and his visiting buddies came along to join us.
It started out fine until the AC failed. The room quicked heated up due to the number of people in the room. We had about 14 people in the party room. After some hardcore negotiating by Sakamoto we managed to get the other more deluxe party room. It used the new deluxe system and the room had plush faux leather seating. It was swank baby!
