The Home Front

So on the home front everything is slowly falling into place. I replaced the media machine with a new one. Upgrading from a Celeron 1ghz to a Celeron 2.4ghz. Now I have a machine that can run Vista, though I dunno if I will or not. The server was upgraded from a P2-500 to an Athlon 850 to a Xeon 2.0 ghz with 2G of ram. So now I have two machines that could run Vista. The new server is great but loud. There are more fans in there than all of my old systems put together. The server closet is actually kind of warm now.

So Jamie is off to Hong Kong so I have much more PC time. I can geek out to my hearts content. I can't wait for internet either. Soon... Soon... Then the server will have more purpose than serving files and heating the server closet.
