Sayounara Tara!

I originally met Tara the first time over a year ago. She came with her boyfriend Andy. They were both from Prince Edward Island on the east coast of Canada. It's famous for being the setting for the book Anne of Green Gables. Anyway, they left after their contract ran out the first time. A little while later I was surprised to see Tara's name show up at work again. Apparently she returned to make some more money. Andy on the other hand got a decent job back home so he stayed.

As life was busy for everyone and Osaka is a big city we never really crossed paths except for at work. When I found out she was leaving again after about eight months I had to say goodbye properly. A group of people were heading out for coffee to see her off so I joined.

It was a small group of people from work. Tara had a lot of people to say goodbye to but they all had differing schedules so only a few could meet at a time. I met Tara and Jessica outside the McDonald's by work and eventually Dave arrived. Both Jessica and Dave were dressed in their business attire for work.

We decided to head over to the nearest Starbucks for one last coffee together with Tara. At first there wasn't enough space but luckily some people left and we got two tables side by side. We talked about nothing and everything. A little while later Seval on the German team showed up and we made room for her as well.

As Jessica and Dave were working eventually the conversation turned towards goodbye and come visit soon. We had our last pictures taken outside of the Starbucks.
